These Terms govern your use of Cure's website, app, marketplace, consultation booking services, product ordering services, and related services. By using Cure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Cure unless a parent/legal guardian uses the Services for a minor or Cure implements a legally reviewed minor/guardian flow.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

3. Nature of the Services

Cure may act as a platform connecting users with third-party providers, including healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, sellers, payment providers, and delivery partners.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Cure is not an emergency service. Do not use Cure for emergencies or urgent medical situations. If you have severe, urgent, or worsening symptoms, contact local emergency services or seek urgent in-person medical care.

Content in the app or website is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional medical advice.

Medical advice may only be provided by qualified healthcare professionals during consultations. Cure does not guarantee any medical outcome. See the full Medical Disclaimer.

5. Consultations

Consultations may be provided by independent healthcare professionals or provider organisations. Providers are responsible for their professional advice, clinical judgement, and compliance with applicable professional and regulatory obligations.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information. A provider may decline to provide advice, recommend in-person care, cancel a consultation, or refer you to emergency or specialist services if remote care is unsuitable.

6. Products, Prescriptions, and Regulated Items

Some products may be subject to prescription, age, identity, pharmacy, import/export, delivery, or other legal restrictions. Cure may require verification before fulfilling certain orders.

Cure may refuse, cancel, or delay an order if required for safety, legality, stock, prescription validation, professional review, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

7. Payments

Prices, availability, delivery fees, and service fees may change. Payment is processed through Cure's payment provider.

An order is not confirmed until accepted by Cure or the relevant seller/provider. Cure may cancel or refund orders where required by law or where fulfilment is not possible. See the Refund Policy.

8. Account Rules

You must not:

Cure may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, safety risk, legal compliance, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

9. User Content

You may upload information, messages, images, prescriptions, or documents. You are responsible for ensuring they are accurate, lawful, and yours to share.

You grant Cure permission to use uploaded content as needed to provide consultations, order fulfilment, support, safety, and compliance.

10. Third-Party Services

Cure may integrate with third-party payment, delivery, pharmacy, healthcare, analytics, communication, map, video, or support providers. Third-party terms may apply.

11. Limitation

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Cure does not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, product availability, provider availability, delivery timing, or any medical result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer, healthcare, privacy, or product laws apply.
