Delete Your Cure Account
Effective date: 2 July 2026
If you have a Cure account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion in two ways:
- In the app:Account > Settings > Delete account
- By email: [email protected]
Please Include
- Full name
- Email address or phone number linked to your Cure account
- Country/region
- Request type: delete account, access data, correct data, or other privacy request
Cure may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, Cure will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where possible. This includes:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number)
- Account authentication details
- Delivery addresses
- App-level activity records where retention is not required
- Marketing preferences
What May Be Retained
Cure may retain some information where required or permitted for:
- Medical record requirements
- Prescription or pharmacy rules
- Tax and accounting obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Legal claims or disputes
- Regulatory compliance
- Product safety
- Adverse event reporting
- Refunds, returns, chargebacks, or transaction records
Response Time
We aim to respond within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for verification, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or regulatory reasons.
